Allen Arbona Chapman

Allen B. Arbona Chapman, age 45, of Dry Run, PA, passed away unexpectedly at the Chambersburg Hospital on Tuesday, October 25, 2016. Born October 26, 1970, in Pensacola, FL, he was the son of Paul and Bernice Chapman.

A “Jack of All Trades”, Allen worked in many different capacities and occupations throughout his life. He was currently working at Hickory Ridge Restaurant in St. Thomas, PA. He enjoyed music, racing, and spending time with his daughter. Before moving to Pennsylvania, he had lived on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and in New Orleans. Allen had a love for the city of New Orleans and its culture. Allen had a love for animals.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Amanda B. Chapman; his daughter, Katie B. Chapman; brothers, Louis and Henry; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Arthur.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at 11 AM at the Spring Run Bible Church, 20772 Hammond Rd., Spring Run, PA 17262, where Rev. Ryan Henderson will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to the Agett-Geisel Funeral Home, Dry Run, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
