Ann Rockwood Fordham, age 62, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away in her home on Sunday, May 20, 2012. Born April 21, 1950, in Kingsport, TN, she was the daughter of the late Howard Andrew and Jean Wheeler Orr Rockwood.
Ann attended Bladensburg High School. Ann went on to work in food service for over 25 years. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, making crafts, knitting, and collecting.
Surviving are her husband Elbert Fordham, four children, Janice Sessions of Houston, TX, Kelly Hunter of Gilmer, TX, Charles Hunter of Joppa, MD, and Tony Kasik of West Palm Beach, FL; three step-children, David Fordham of Chambersburg, PA, James Fordham of Gaithersburg, MD, and Carolyn Fordham of Riddlestown, PA; 13 grandchildren, Anastasia, Stephanie, Benjamin, Jennifer, Michael, Stephen, Liam, Anika, John, Cynthia, David, Justin, and Samuel; and two great-grandchildren, Madison and Jacob.
Visitation will be from 1-2 PM in the funeral home on May 25, 2012. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 25, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA; with Rev. Paul B. Baker officiating. Interment will be private.
