Arlene Pearl

Arlene B. D. Pearl, age 85, formerly of Chambersburg, PA passed away on May 3, 2013 at Long Term Care in McConnellsburg, PA. Born March 4, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Alma Wilds and step daughter of the late Paul Wilds.
Mrs. Pearl worked at the Former Franklin County Nursing home for 20 years, retiring in 1988. A protestant, Mrs. Pearl enjoyed going to church, while in Chambersburg she attended King Street Church and most recently attended Roxbury United Methodist Church. She also enjoyed Bingo and Traveling.
Surviving is a daughter, Brenda Glunt; three siblings, Leland Wilds (wife Florence), Janice Cook (husband George), and Dolores Shaw; and a special friend, Judy Seiders.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 11:30 AM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA; where Pastor Dick Bernhard will officiate. The family will receive friends in the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service in Knobsville Cemetery.
