Barbara Joyce Hoffmann Funk

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our cherished Barbara Joyce Hoffmann Funk on February 15, 2025. She is mourned by her husband, Richard; daughters, Linda Durr and Sharon [John] Nobert; and grandchildren, Emily and William Durr. Barbara’s love for knitting, anything strawberry, and Longaberger baskets brought joy to everyone she met. Donations to the Parkinson’s Foundation, in honor of Barbara’s memory, are welcome. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025, at 1 PM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA 17202, where Chaplain Amy Wagner will officiate. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service in the funeral home and address above. Following the service, the family will be welcome friends to a reception from 2:00 - 3:30 PM at location to be determined.
