Barbara Wagner

Barbara W. Wagner, age 71, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Born in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of Evangeline Theon Whibley and the late Harold Whibley.
Barbara loved Arts and Crafts, leading to her establishing her own small business and craft shop on ETSY. She enjoyed making things and sending around the world for families. Her true passion was time with her family, especially her daughters and cherished grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 44 years, Richard A. Wagner, whom she married January 24, 1977; two daughters, Michelle L. Carpenter (husband Scott) of Hagerstown, MD and Amy Ries (husband Andrew) of Chambersburg, PA; five grandchildren, Camden, Brett, Gabriel, Bethany, and Thora; and a brother, John Whibley. In addition, Barbara will be fondly remembered by the Ricketts family. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Butch Whibley.
