Barbara Weekley

Barbara W. Weekley, 82 of Chambersburg, PA, passed away Sunday morning, March 26, 2023 at Brookview Healthcare Center. Born February 20, 1941 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harold J. and Florence Janet Pardoe Weekley. She was a graduate of the Lancaster High School in Lancaster, NY and the former Richmond Professional Institute, now Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. She loved animals and crafting, especially knitting and crocheting. After retiring she enjoyed attending craft shows and donated her hand-crafted items to various organizations over the years to aid in fundraising. Her husband, David Weekley, preceded her in death in 2009.

She is survived by two daughters, Kimberly S. Edmonds and Kelly L. Edmonds; three step-children, Michael Weekley and wife Jacquie Weekley, Tim Weekley and wife Beth Colket, and Jennifer Marlatt; two step-grandsons, Sam and Walter; her brother Robert Weirick and wife Sue Slade; niece Wendy Weirick and husband Kirk Burton; and great-nephew Mack.

Services and interment will be private.
