Bettie Trump

Bettie Louise “Snook” Trump, 84, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Falling Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born March 14, 1931 in Frederick, MD, she was a daughter of the late Leonard Elsworth and Virginia Harding Hossler. She was employed at the former High’s in Chambersburg, retiring in 1990. She was a member of Park Avenue United Methodist Church in Chambersburg.

Mrs. Trump is survived by three children, Jeanne Mixell and fiancé Terry Collins of St. Thomas, PA, Kevin Baugher of Chambersburg, PA, and Bill Bender of Baltimore, MD; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by a sister, Gladys “Peachy” Raines of Essex, MD; and a special niece Jan Caldwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Paul L. Baugher; her second husband, Clarence C. Trump, Jr.; a daughter, Vicki Papoutsis; two step-children, Clarence “Skip” Trump and Sharon Skelley; and a sister, Doris Cramer.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Friday, June 5, 2015 at Park Avenue United Methodist Church, 1140 Edgar Avenue, Chambersburg, PA with Rev. Suzanne Elliott officiating. Private interment will be in Norland Cemetery.
