Betty Ausherman

Betty B. Ausherman, 90, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away Saturday morning, January 3, 2015 at the Shook Home. Born September 4, 1924 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late Paul Baker, Sr. and Pearl Edith Humelsine Baker. Mrs. Ausherman was employed for many years at the former Valley Bank in Chambersburg, retiring in 1987. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Fayetteville.
Preceded in death by her husband George Q. Ausherman on July 10, 2006, she is survived by three nieces, Carol (wife of the late Wesley) Leidig, Brenda (Mrs. Larry) Sheaffer, and Karen (Mrs. Nick) Bitner.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Lincoln Cemetery. Rev. Paul B. Baker will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary United Methodist Church, 150 Norlo Drive, Fayetteville, PA 17222.
