Betty Chadwick

Betty Chase Chadwick, 93, of Annapolis, MD, died Sunday May 15, 2011 after a brief illness. Born December 17, 1917 in Cherry Run W.VA, she was the daughter of the late Elzie and Pearl Butts Chadwick. Prior to her retirement, Betty spent her the latter part of her working years as a caregiver to the elderly.
She is survived by two children, John E. Chadwick, Jr. (and wife Kathy) of Bluffton, S.C. and Antonia Chadwick, M.D. (and husband Jeffrey Sarsfield, M.D.) of Chambersburg, PA; 3 grandchildren, John E. III, James and Robert Chadwick; 3 great grandchildren; and a sister, Treva Miller of Falling Waters, W.VA. Aside from her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Chadwick on May 29, 1975.
Services and interment will be private.
