Beverly Ann Salasky, 49, of Fayetteville, PA died suddenly and tragically on October 29, 2022, following a round of surgeries. Beverly was born March 31, 1973, in Rochester, PA as the youngest daughter to John and Sara Salasky.
After graduating from Poolesville High School in 1991, Beverly went on to study business administration at Maryland University where she graduated. Following graduation, Beverly held jobs at Bechtel Power as a Buyer/Expediter and most recently at NXG, where she was a Project Administration Manager. Beverly was well travelled; she grew up in California and Japan before returning to Pennsylvania. Her work assignments took her to Washington, Chicago, and Phoenix. Bev loved spending time with her family and friends. She liked to listen to music and watch old TV sitcoms.
Beverly and her significant other, Shawn Booher, had one daughter, Georgia Olivia Booher Salasky who was the light of her life. She was a devoted mother who dearly loves her daughter and sweet French bulldog, Radar.
In addition to her daughter, Georgia, she is survivied by her parents, John & Sara Salasky; sister, Darla Sirk, and Shawn Booher; Chase Booher, and Sierra Booher. Beverly was preceded in death by her grandparents, Martin & Agnes Saunders and Brownie & Evelyn Salasky; her brother, John; uncles George Hauger, Arthur Salasky, William Saunders, and her aunt, JoAnne McPherson.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 10 AM in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA, where Pastor Lawrence Metzler will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 2 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM and one hour prior to the service on Thursday in the funeral home above. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Antietam Humane Society, 8513 Lyons Rd., Waynesboro, PA 17268.
