Billy Jean Morningstar, 75, of Chambersburg, passed away July 25, 2019. She was a daughter of the late Robert and Bebe Zeis. She was a 1962 graduate of CASHS. Surviving are her daughter; son; grandson; and her sister. Services, entrusted to Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, will be private.
