Blanche I. Jamison Cline, 95, of Chambersburg, PA went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Friday morning, January 31, 2014 at Chambersburg Hospital. Born June 8, 1918 in Fayetteville, she was a daughter of the late John William Jamison, Sr. and Florence Mae Ulrich Jamison. Early in her life she was employed at the former Stanley Company in Chambersburg and she later retired from South Mountain Restoration Center where she was employed in the dietary department. Blanche was an active and faithful member of Greenwood Assembly of God in Fayetteville where she was recognized as being the oldest living member of the church. She will be remembered by her family and many friends for her many acts of love, kindness, and generosity over the years. Her husband, William A. Cline, whom she married August 19, 1939, preceded her in death on August 18, 1987.

She is survived by her children, Donna Henry of Fayetteville, Peggy Smith of Chambersburg, and William A. Cline, Jr. of Fayetteville; four grandchildren, Joseph W. Henry, Jr., Tammy M. Barnhart, Matthew W. Smith, Billi J. Weaver; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-granddaughters; and her sister, Geraldine Fisher of Scotland. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Michael L. Smith and Kimberly S. Henry Thayer; a sister, Evelyn M. Mowery; and four brothers, John W. Jr., Earl L., Howard D., and Charles D. Jamison.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Tuesday, February 4, 2014 in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA with her grandson, Rev. Matthew W. Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Monday, February 3, 2014 and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, Greenwood Assembly of God, 150 Anthony Highway, Fayetteville, PA 17222.
