Bobbie Russell

Bobbie Jo Kriner Russell, age 51, of Chambersburg, died on October 19, 2012 at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born on June 1, 1961 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of Leonard and Connie Hixson Kriner, of Chambersburg. Bobbie was most recently employed at Citi Bank in State Line, PA. She was very active in the Girl Scouts having participated approximately 25 years in the Penn Laurel Girl Scout Counsel. Bobbie enjoyed crocheting and she was an avid reader.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two children, Larry Rosenberry III and Rebecca Barnhart, both of Chambersburg; one grandson, Blain W. Rosenberry of Chambersburg; two sisters, Wanda K. Mixell and Husband Gary of Newville, PA, and Billie Jo Smith of Waynesboro, PA; two step-children, Heather Thomas and Jeremy Russell; three step-grandchildren, Trinity, Gage, and Samantha; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA, on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 10 AM. Theresa Hoffeditz will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
