Bonnie F. Allison, 72, of Chambersburg, PA and formerly of Silver Lake, IN, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2016, at ManorCare Health Services. Born February 14, 1944, in Pine Knot, KY, she was the daughter of the late Ray and Geneva Smith Dawson.
Bonnie was a graduate of Pine Knot High School. She was employed as a foundry worker for Dalton Foundry of Warsaw, IN. She enjoyed reading and painting ceramics.
She is survived by two children, Kimberly Finkey and husband Michael of Chambersburg and Jason Allison of Etna Green, IN; 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and four brothers, Rick, Curtis and V.J. Dawson, all of KY and Eddie Dawson of IN.
A memorial service will be held at a later time in Warsaw, IN. Arrangements are entrusted to Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202.
