Bonnie Kay Wenger

Bonnie K. Wenger, age 69, of Greencastle, PA passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 27, 2024, at her son’s home. Born in Chambersburg, PA on October 22, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Harry Richard and Mildred Elizabeth Bordell Wenger.

Bonnie worked at the former Corning and Correlle in Greencastle for 47 years, retiring in 2022. She enjoyed working and going to the beach.

Surviving is her son, Richard Rhodes (Lori Harbaugh) of Greencastle, PA; three grandchildren, Hunter and Keith Rhodes and Mason VanGilder; two step grandchildren, Alyssa and Henry Scott; a great-grandson, Daniel Rhodes; and four siblings, Carol Keefer of St. Thomas, PA, Keith Wenger (Cynthia) of Edenville, PA, Linda Walls of St. Thomas, PA, and Judy Appleby (Harold “Hap”) of Chambersburg, PA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Rhodes and five siblings.

Services and interment will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg, PA.
