Brantley Appleby

Brantley John Appleby, infant son of Michelle E. Motichka and Tyler E. Appleby of Chambersburg, passed away on Friday July 7, 2017 in the Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Brantley was born on June 24, in Salisbury, MD, with heart complications. Although he was with us for such a short time, he will continue to be loved, cherished and remembered by his parents, his three siblings, Aiden Appleby, Wyatt Gudgeon, and Madisyn Motichka; grandparents, Barbara Motichka, Tom and Marjorie Motichka, Tammy Umbrell, and Terry and Missy Appleby; as well as many other extended family members. A private visitation and funeral service will be held in the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, with interment following in Lincoln Cemetery.
