Bryce Alexander Stewart, 28, of Chambersburg, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. Born May 31, 1995 in Hershey, PA, he was the son of Keith and Trisha Newell Stewart of Chambersburg. Bryce was a 2013 graduate of CASHS. He enjoyed being in nature, hunting, soccer, the beach, playing video games with his friends, and spending time with family and friends.

Bryce will be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit, sense of humor, and warm affectionate smile. He touched many people in different ways, but always had a way of bringing smiles and laughter from people engaged.

In addition to his parents, Bryce is survived by his brother, Ian Stewart of Chambersburg; paternal grandparents, Doug Stewart (Sharon Mehaffey) of Taylorsville, NC, and Wanita and Russ Gutshall of Shippensburg; maternal grandparents, Ronald and Judy Newell of Chambersburg and Deb and Russ Truett of Chambersburg; uncle Kyle Stewart, aunt Tracy Roman, cousins, Kelsey Wali, Skyler Roman, Brayden Stewart, and many other family and friends. Bryce is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Paul and Dorothy Bumbaugh, Clair and Mary Lou Stewart, Robert and Sarah Martin, and Wilbur and Marion Truett.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 7, 2023 in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA. Rev. Mark Durniak will officiate. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Noah's House/Gracie's Place, PO BOX 791, Chambersburg, PA 17201 or to Soul Constructers, 844 New Schaefferstown Road, Bernville, PA 19506.
