Carl Rauch

Carl K. Rauch, 79, of Chambersburg, PA, died at 11:20AM Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at Chambersburg Hospital. Born August 26, 1932 in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of the late Carl and Hazel Harris Rauch. Carl served in the US Marine Corps and served as a professor at Shepherd University, retiring after 27 years of teaching. He also taught at Shippensburg University for 1 ½ years.
He is survived by his friend and former spouse, Susan Hedden Rauch of Chambersburg; four children, Karla Grove, Thyra Rauch, Kirsta Showba, and Todd Rauch; and three grandchildren, Haley, Michael, and Brittany.
Services and interment will be private.
