Carolyn "Sue" Garcia

Carolyn “Sue” Garcia, 63, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021 in the Restore Health Center, Shippensburg, PA. Born November 18, 1958 in Chambersburg, PA she was the daughter of Blanche E. (Pearl) Scott and the late Wayne T. Scott.
She attended Chambersburg Area Schools. Carolyn was employed as a waitress and bartender in many local restaurants throughout her career. She enjoyed game shows, writing, and working her puzzle books.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her daughter Amy Johnson; three grandchildren Alyssa, Adrianna, and OJ; and her brother Terry Scott and his wife Susan of Chambersburg.
In addition to her father she is preceded in death by her siblings, Calvin Scott and Kathy Scott.
Services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in the Chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202 with Pastor Tim Redman officiating. Burial will follow in Mont Alto Cemetery, Mont Alto, PA.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Tuesday morning in the funeral home.
