Carolyn Tash

Carolyn Ann “Dodie” Tash, 69, went home to be with her beloved family on Friday March 1, 2024 with her loving husband at her side. Born March 2, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Chalmer and Frances Cutchall.

Dodie was well known for her love of people and her large circle of friends. She also had a great deal of love for her cats and dogs. She was a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a Life Member of the Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Department.

Dodie is survived by her husband Dennis Tash, whom she married on Christmas Day, 1984; her brother Tom and wife Maggie; two nephews Jim and Jake; and a large extended family who she loved very much. Aside from her parents, Dodie was preceded in death by two brothers, James W. Cutchall and Jeffery D. Cutchall.

Services and interment will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., Chambersburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Department. Condolences may be offered at geiselfuneralhome.com.
