Darlene A. Davies, passed away peacefully on her 90 birthday at Mercy House of Chambersburg. She was born in Liverpool, PA, to the late Charles and Miriam Aucker Crane on July 2, 1934.

Darlene was a dedicated professional who led a fulfilling career as the Head of Nuclear Medicine at Chambersburg Hospital until her well-deserved retirement. She was a graduate of Greenwood Joint High School and also completed the X-Ray School of Technology at Philadelphia Hospital. Outside of her successful professional life, Darlene found joy in various hobbies and interests, particularly her love for sports. She enjoyed watching tennis, Washington Redskins football, Orioles baseball, hockey games, and NASCAR races.

 She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Peters and husband Joe of Chambersburg; four grandchildren, Lori Hepfer and husband John, Adam Stambaugh and wife Bri, Shelby Morales and husband Ed, and Joshua Martin; six great-grandchildren Kaylyn, Carter, Cameran, Javier, Aubrielle, and one great-granddaughter on-the-way; as well as one great-great-grandson, Jensen. In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ivor Davies, Jr., son, Mark Davies; brother, Richard Crane; sister, Alma Shumaker; and father-in-law and mother-in-law Ivor Davies Sr. and Dorothy Davies.

 Services and interment will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mercy House of Chambersburg at mercyhouseofchambersburg.org. Condolences and memories may be offered at geiselfuneralhome.com.
