Darrell Dixson

Darrell Dixson, 45 of Chambersburg and formerly of Arizona, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 in his home. Born November 27, 1976 in Fort Defiance, AZ, he was the son of Herman Dixson and Verna Chee Dixson. A 1995 graduate of Window Rock High School in Fort Defiance, Darrell has since been employed at Ventura Foods in Chambersburg as a forklift operator. He was a member of the Post 41 VVnW, the Knights of Columbus and the VFW Post 1599, all in Chambersburg. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed traveling and spending time with his friends.

Aside from his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Jerald Dixson of Chambersburg, Shaun Dixson of Arizona and Jolene McQuoid of Oklahoma.

A memorial service for Darrell will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202.
