David Paul Saam, 52, of Chambersburg, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at ManorCare Health Services. Born April 22, 1964 in Port Clinton, OH, he is a son of Virginia G. and the late Richard P. Saam, Jr.
David was most recently employed at ManorCare Health Services in Chambersburg. He was previously employed at Ventura Foods and Letterkenny Army Depot. He enjoyed fishing, watching the Indianapolis Colts, and the Baltimore Orioles.
In addition to his mother, David is survived by three siblings, Jeannie Neil Saam of Chambersburg, Michael Saam and wife Stephanie of Shippensburg, and Jacqueline Cleary of Newville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 10 AM on Monday, June 20, 2016 at Corpus Christi Cemetery. Deacon Richard Ramsey will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Franklin Fulton Unit, 924 N. Colonial Ave. York, PA 17403. Arrangements are entrusted to Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
