Diana Baker

Diana Marie Baker, age 62, of Chambersburg PA, passed away at ManorCare on Sunday, February 19, 2017. Born May 1, 1954, in Chambersburg, PA, she was the daughter of Lois Stoner Baker and the late Rastus Baker.
Ms. Baker was a 1972 graduate of the Chambersburg Area Senior High School. She worked as a supervisor for Goodwill at Letterkenny Army Depot for over 38 years. An outgoing spirit, Diana enjoyed golf, softball, watching wildlife, and going to live shows.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother, Terry L. Baker (wife Rebel) of Chambersburg, PA; Nephew, David Baker (wife Shannon) of Mechanicsburg, PA; niece, Angela Dietrich of Hagerstown, MD, great-nephews, Austen and Kyler; a great-niece, Ariella; and her beloved furry companion, Izzie. In addition, she will be greatly missed by her many loving friends.
Services will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017, at 2:30 PM in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA, where Pastor Dennis Sites will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 23, 2017, from 6 – 8 PM and one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Fetterhoff Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter, 5051 Letterkenny Rd., West, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
