Diana L. Portier

Diana Lee Portier, 75, of Chambersburg, passed away in Greenville, NC, on Monday, June 10th, 2024, with her children and loving husband, Glenn Edward Portier at her side. She was born October 25, 1948 to the late Dwight and Dorothy Cain of Cambridge, Ohio. She is survived by her husband of 57 years and their three children, Amy Gibson (Marcus Gibson), Nina Foltz (Jason Foltz), and Brian Portier (Danielle Portier). Deeply loved by her 8 grandchildren, Emily Cassner (Terry Cassner), Elise Sipe (Hayden Sipe), Garrett Gibson, Clara Foltz, Macy Foltz, Drew Foltz, Danny Portier, Benjamin Portier, and 2 great grandchildren, Addison Cassner and Beckham Sipe. Diana enjoyed raising her family with Glenn and her many years with their children and grandchildren from birth to birthdays and holidays. As a military spouse, she supported Glenn for 26 years living overseas while raising their children, with 2 tours at Letterkenny Army Depot. Her creative spirit gave her for a love of all things beautiful- pottery, antiques, plants, traveling, camping outdoors, and making old “special” things beautiful. During the last several years, Diana enjoyed her time watching her grandchild play sports, making prayer shawls with her church, time with their friends in Winterville, NC, and her sweet puppy Mitzy.
