Dolly Love

Dolly M. Love, 85, of East Waterford, PA, died at 9:44 AM Wednesday, June 1, 2011 in Lewistown Hospital. Born September 23, 1925 in Tell Township, Huntingdon County, PA, she was a daughter of the late Harper E. and Fay M. Hockenberry Parson. She was a member of the Upper Tuscarora Presbyterian Church. Her beloved husband, Paul F. Love, preceded her in death on April 2, 2000.

She is survived by three children, Donna L. Nace and husband Richard of Newburg, PA, Robert Love and wife Saundra of Shippensburg, PA, and Cindy L. Wert and husband Donald of Port Royal, PA; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by two sisters, Hilda Gibbons and Thelma Johnson, both of Blairs Mills, PA; a brother in law, John R. Love; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by six brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, June 6, 2011 at Agett-Geisel Funeral Home, 18875 Main Street, Dry Run, PA. Rev. Marlin A. “Butch” Neil will officiate. Interment will follow at Upper Tuscarora Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
