Donna Hays

Donna W. Hays, age 61, of Spring Run, PA, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2013 in the Hershey Medical Center. Born June 10, 1952 in Chambersburg, PA, she was the daughter of Margaret Kennedy Worthington and the late Raymond Worthington.
A 1970 graduate of the Chambersburg Area Senior High School, Donna went on to work as a secretary for the Franklin County Conservation District for the last 41 years.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband of 32 years, William D. “Bill” Hays, whom she married on September 3, 1980; a brother, Jerry Worthington (wife Patricia) of Shippensburg, PA; and a nephew, Jarett Worthington (wife Jill) of Orrstown, PA.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 2 PM at the Upper Path Valley Presbyterian Church, 16950 Main St., Spring Run, PA 17262; where Rev. Dr. Meagan Boozer will officiate. Interment will be private. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society, 384 Floral Ave., Chambersburg, PA 17201.
