Dustin Michael Young, age 34, of Chambersburg, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2014. Born December 13, 1979 in Groton, CT, he was the son of James M. Young and step-son of Rhonda Young.
A family man, Dustin was completely in love with his children, for whom he lived each day. He enjoyed conversations with his family and making his children laugh. He leaves behind five young children, Jere Lee 11, Ryan 5, Ariel 4, Aaliyah 1 year, and Olivia 10 months.
Hi is also survived by his cherished fiancé, Amanda Heinbaugh; three sisters, Kristeen Adamski of FL, Darbie Young, and Bonnie Young of MA; ten nephews and nieces, Kameron, Taylor, Josef, Julian, Sage, Jasper, Samone, Makenna, Hailey, and Hunter; and his valued brother, Wilfredo Santiago. He was a loyal friend to many, with a creative spirit and BIG dreams. He lived the past few months with a heavy heart for his mother who passed in June, Heidi Young. We know they are now together.
A memorial service will be held for Dustin at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at the family home at 1268 Candice Lane, Chambersburg, PA, where Pastor Michael Baughman will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
