Dwayne Thomas

Dwayne E. Thomas, Jr., 24, of Fayetteville, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at the Waynesboro Hospital. Born May 20, 1992, in Chambersburg, he was the son of Dwayne E. Thomas, Sr. (wife Cona) of Chambersburg and Heather Naugle (husband Jack) of Fayetteville.

Dwayne was employed at CPP in Greencastle and was previously employed at Service Tire and Kelly Roofing, both in Chambersburg. Dwayne enjoyed riding quads, street bikes, hunting, fishing and playing pool.

In addition to his parents, Dwayne is survived by three children, Zoey Marie Thomas, Landon Jace Gehrke, and Cameron David Powell; four siblings, Kimberly, Stephanie, Dylan, and Saige; his paternal grandmother, Trish Thomas of Fayetteville; and his maternal grandparents, Mike and Deborah Witter of Fayetteville. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Dwight E. Thomas, Sr. in 2014.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 27, 2017, in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA. Pastor Trisha Guise will officiate. Interment will follow the service in Lincoln Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
