Edward W. “Eddie” Goodwin, IV, 51, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Saturday, November 25, 2023 in the Emergency Room of the Chambersburg Hospital. Born March 12, 1972 in Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late Edward W. Goodwin, III and Debra (Eck) Johnson.
He was employed as a maintenance supervisor for Flohr Pools, Chambersburg. Eddie was able to fix just about anything and everything. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed trout fishing with his wife.
He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Carole (Hinton) Goodwin who he married November 8, 2008; four children Shane Goodwin, Hailey Manley, Trinity Hinton, and Dylan Goodwin; three grandchildren, Aiden, Kaleb, and Davina; two siblings, Shelley Goodwin and David Brager; and two cousins, Jennifer Mercer and Brittany Bowman.
Funeral services in Eddie honor, will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday December 3, 2023, at First United Methodist Church of Chambersburg, 225 S. Second St. Chambersburg, PA 17201. Officiated by Rev. Will Shewey and assisted by Rev. Steven Livermore. Arrangements are entrusted to Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
