Elaine Fox

Elaine E. “Casey” Fox, age 57, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away in Chambersburg at Manor Care Health Services. Born in Washington, DC on October 16, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Evelyn Nicholson Pearson, Sr.
Casey was an avid fisherman, who enjoyed going to the Blue Ridge Sportsman’s Association to camp, have cookouts, and spend time outdoors. She had a passion for good food and cooking, she especially enjoyed eating crabs. Casey was a graduate of Washington County High School in Hagerstown, MD. She was employed for 18 years at the former Stanley Co. in Chambersburg and then for over 19 years for the former ISP Mineral company, where she worked as a mixer and a miner.
Surviving are two daughters, Nicole A. Mohn (Roland)of Waynesboro, PA and Michelle Sleighter (Jason) of Chambersburg, six grandchildren, and two siblings, Christopher Pearson of Shippensburg and Bruce Pearson of Chambersburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Lloyd Pearson, Jr.
A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 4:00 PM; in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA; where Rev. Paul B. Baker will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.
