Francesca Harris

Francesca “Chessie” Marie Harris, age 36, of Carlisle, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 4, 2014. Born February 28, 1978 in Harrisburg, PA, she was the daughter of David E. and Angela M. Scott Harris.
Chessie worked as a CNA for over 14 years at Cumberland Crossings Nursing Home. She had attended Chambersburg Area Senior high School. Her hobbies included watching movies, reading, music, and going to concerts.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sons, Dequan and Koryan, a brother, Isaiah Harris of Philadelphia, PA, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 11:30 AM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA, where Rev. Renata Mosley Harper and Rev. Dr. Allie Harper will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 10, 2014 from 7 -9 PM and on Friday one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Parklawns Memorial Gardens.
