Genevieve Keltner

Genevieve Rumilda Keltner, age 95, formerly of 54 Keystone Avenue Chambersburg, died on Thursday, June 2, 2011 in the Falling Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born on July 15, 1916 in Waynesboro, PA, she was a daughter of the late Roy N. Zimmerman and Mary R. Bender Zimmerman. She was the widow of Donald A. Keltner, who preceded her in death on February 23, 2011. They were married for 68 years

A member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Chambersburg, Genevieve is survived by a niece and several nephews. Aside from her husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Josephine Lowe, Virginia Snowberger, ad Inez Cauffman and one brother, Ralph Zimmerman.

Services will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, June 9, 2011 in the chapel of Falling Spring Nursing and Rehab Center, 201 Franklin Farm Lane, Chambersburg, PA 17202 with Rev. Dr. Neal O. Hively officiating. A private interment will be held in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Falling Spring Nursing Home Activities Fund at the above address.
