Helen Johnston

Helen L. Johnston, 74, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away Monday, March 2, 2015 at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born May 12, 1940 in Franklin County, she was a daughter of William Myers of Chambersburg and the late Annabelle Gaston Myers. Helen retired from the F&M Trust Company where she was employed as a loan officer. She was a member of King Street United Brethren Church.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Johnston is survived by her husband, Ralph H. Johnston, Jr.; her son, Barrett Johnston of Chambersburg; and her sister, Peg Heck (husband Larry) of Fayetteville, PA.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Friday, March 6, 2015 in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA with Rev. Paul B. Baker officiating. Interment will follow at Parklawns Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
