James Morsberger

James Herbert Morsberger, Jr., 89, of Fayetteville, PA passed away Friday morning, December 23, 2022 at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born September 19, 1933 in Baltimore, MD, he was a son of the late James H. Morsberger, Sr. and Esther Winkler Morsberger Higinbothom. He was a graduate of the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and served honorably with the US Navy during the Korean War. He was employed as an engineer at the former J. Schoeneman Company in Chambersburg for 42 years prior to his retirement. He was also a licensed real estate agent and a licensed pilot. Jim was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chambersburg where he had served on the church council. He enjoyed volunteering at the church and at SpiriTrust Lutheran Services.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Rae Glass Morsberger, whom he married June 4, 1966; two daughters, Andrea Rae Etter and husband Brian of Chambersburg and Gwen Suzanne Monn and husband Danny of Chambersburg; his granddaughter Caeley Rae Keller and husband Shawn; his brother Robert Morsberger and wife Dolores of Westminster, MD; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Services and interment will be private.
