Janet Brown

Janet Mae Brown went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 22. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Isiah O. Brown. She was the daughter of the late Josh and Sarah Brown of Brownsville, PA. In addition, she was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. She is survived by her loving son, Vincent E. Brown of Hagerstown, MD, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends. She was the beloved "Mother Brown" of Calvary Temple apostolic Church of Hagerstown, MD. She loved God and loved to sing praises to him everyday. She was a beloved mother, aunt, cousin, and friend to many. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 8, 2011 at 11 AM at the Brownsville Church of God, Fayetteville, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions to off set the costs of the service to the Brownsville Church of God, 7130 Brownsville Rd., Fayetteville, Pa 17222.
