Jasmine V. C. Cleope, age 39, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 28, 2015. Born in Virginia Beach, VA on April 13, 1976, she was the daughter of Carl W. and Diane Owens Watson.
A homemaker, Jasmine enjoyed spending time with and caring for her children. A free spirit, she was an adventurous person who loved life, listening to music, and travel. You could always count on a smile from her, she always tried to find a positive in everything.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two children, Ivory M. C. Young and Julius D. Pretlow; five siblings, David J. Cleope (wife Vanessa) of Chambersburg, PA, Jason L Owens (wife Kristi) of Chambersburg, PA, Carl B. Watson (wife Megan) of Chambersburg, PA, Angelina Aldana of San Francisco, CA, and Dominique Cleope of San Francisco, CA; her maternal grandmother, Kyung Owens; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Dakota Brumfield.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015, at 11:30 AM at Lebanon Cemetery, Chambersburg, PA, where Rev. Dr. Lois Waters will officiate. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
