Joan Krawczak

Joan R. Krawczak, 81, of Chambersburg, and formerly of Long Island, NY, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Paramount Senior Living. Born April 21, 1940, in Alpena Michigan, she was the daughter of the late John H. and Blanche Ellery Collins.
Joan was employed as a nanny and house keeper for 21 years and later was a Processor Server in Long Island, NY. An avid cyclist, she had her professional bicycle racing license in Germany and raced there for several years. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Huntington Beach Cycling Club in Long Island, NY.
She is survived by three sons, Nick Krawczak (wife Linda) of St. Thomas, PA, Dan Krawczak (wife Bridgett) of Littleton, CO, and Mark Krawczak (wife Beth) of Chambersburg; nine grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren. In addition ot her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Keith and Paul Collins.
Services will be private. Interment will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are entrusted to Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
