Joan M. Singley, age 69 of Boiling Springs, PA; passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at Chambersburg Hospital. Born July 16, 1942 in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of the late Glen Singley and Mildred J. Peckman Singley. She was a member of St. Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chambersburg.
Joan is survived by five siblings, Leilani Brechbill of Chambersburg, Benjamin Singley of Chambersburg, Barry Singley of Shippensburg, Rene Singley of Boiling Springs, and Robin John of Elizabethtown, PA.
A family graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 11:00 AM in Lincoln Cemetery. Pastor Beth Miller will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Life Time Adult Day Care, Claremont Nursing and Rehab Center, 1000 Claremont Road, Carlisle, PA 17015 or The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Central Pennsylvania, 800 Corporate Circle Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
