John H. Cunningham, age 63, of Greencastle, PA, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015, at Heritage Hills Retirement Home in Greencastle, PA. Born December 10, 1951, in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late C. Harold and Rhoda Markey Cunningham.
A faithful man, John’s trust and belief in God, sustained him throughout his lengthy illness.
John is survived by two siblings, Ellen C. Windslow (husband David) of Frederick, MD and Ann C. Sylvester (husband Dr. Larry) of Chambersburg, PA, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held to celebrate John’s Life at Grace Bible Church, Greencastle, PA. Interment will be in Norland Cemetery, Chambersburg, PA. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA. If desired memorial contributions may be made in his name to Grace Bible Church, 2327 Hoffman Rd., Greencastle, PA 17225 or to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 750 Norland Ave., Chambersburg, PA 17201.
