Judy K. Lippy, 67, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away at her home on Thursday morning, December 14, 2017. Born October 13, 1950 in Rockhill Furnace, PA, she was the daughter of Natha L. Jenkins Cisney and the late Donald O. Cisney.
Judy was a 1968 graduate of Greencastle Antrim High School. She was employed as a manager with PSECU at Shippensburg University. Judy attended Corpus Christi Catholic Church and was a member of the Moose Lodge 2153 in Shippensburg, the American Legion Post 46 in Chambersburg and the VFW Post 1599 in Chambersburg. She loved her family and friends, traveling, dancing, country music, the Baltimore Orioles, and anything Peyton Manning. She also enjoyed remodeling and decorating her house and assisting anyone in their time of need.
Judy is survived by her husband, Robert T. Lippy whom she married on March 11, 2010; two children, Kevin Fogle (Susie) and Mindie Fogle, both of Shippensburg; four step-daughters, Sandy Jeffries (Edward) of Shippensburg, Carroll Zeigler (Brian) of Carlisle, Renee Saylor (Ryan) of Chambersburg, and Heather Bryant of Orrstown; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Trudy Gunder of Waynesboro, Donna Myers (Rodney) of Chambersburg and Debra Elliot (Tom) of Greencastle. In addition to her father, Judy was preceded in death by her step-son, Robert Zeigler.
Services will be private and under the direction of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg, PA. The family respectfully requests privacy at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Franklin Fulton Unit, 924 N. Colonial Ave., York, PA 17403 or to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter, 1501 Reedsdale Street, Suite 105, Pittsburgh, PA 15233.
