Judy Ann Truett

Judy A. Truett, 70, of Shippensburg, PA passed away Friday, June 28, 2024 in the Chambersburg Hospital. Born November 25, 1953 in Huntingdon, PA she was the daughter of the late Donna Russell.

She was a graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School with the Class of 1972. Following graduate she was employed at Stanley Company, Chambersburg for a number of years. Judy also worked in the cafeteria for the Shippensburg Area School District and in home health care. She enjoyed going camping, traveling, shopping, going to get manicures and pedicures, and more than anything spending time with her family.

Judy is survived by her husband, Charles Truett, Jr.; two children Barry Truett (Jen) of Shippensburg and Lucinda Sites of Chambersburg; two granddaughters, Trenea Stendahl (Donnie) and Miranda Truett; a great-granddaughter, Neveah Stendahl; and a brother, Roger Garber of Shippensburg. In addition to her mother she is preceded in death by two siblings, Shirley Thomas and Ed Garber.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA.
