Justin Bowersox

Justin Mark Bowersox, age 28, of Mont Alto, PA, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, July 9, 2015. Born in Englewood, CO on April 30, 1987, he was the son of Mark L. Bowersox and Kimberly S. Downin Bowersox.
Justin was a 2005 graduate of the Waynesboro Area Senior High School. Known for his love of music, he would regularly attend music festivals. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends, hiking, and being outdoors. Justin was awarded the honor of becoming an Eagle Scout.
In addition to his parents he is survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Paul N. and Minnie Downin, Sr. and his paternal grandparents, William E. Bowersox and Dorothy L. Briggs.
Funeral services will be held to honor Justin on Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at 10 AM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA; where Rev. Murray Stevens will officiate. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 13, 2015 from 6 – 9 PM in the funeral home, there will be no viewing prior to the service on Tuesday. Interment will follow the service in Pleasant Hall Cemetery.
