Kate S. Lesher, 34, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away Friday morning, November 4, 2022 in the emergency room of Chambersburg Hospital. Born December 18, 1987 in Easton, PA, she was the daughter of Barry E. Lesher of Easton and Jeannette Helm Lesher of Chambersburg. Kate was a 2006 graduate of Wilson High School in Easton and attended Northampton Community College. She worked for 13 years at Dairy Queen in Easton and upon moving to Chambersburg worked for a brief period at Bonanza For the past 3 years was employed by Flagger Force. She had attended Memorial United Methodist Church in Easton. Kate was an avid dirt track racing fan; a railroad buff; and an antique automobile and lake freighter and ship enthusiast. She had a great love for music.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her Maternal grandparents, Franklin and Verna Helm of Chambersburg; her Paternal Grandfather John Lesher of Easton; her uncle and aunt John and Lori Lesher; aunts Tammy Helm and Frances Shirey; her cousins Tyler Lesher, Jacob Lesher, and Kristina Good; and her father’s companion, Pamela Johnson; and her service dog, Bicknell, who she always referred to as her baby.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a time of visitation from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Friday, November 11, 2022 in the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg.
