Katherine C. “Kathy” Rothman, 56, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023 in Mercy House of Chambersburg after a long battle with cancer. She was born September 11, 1967 in Baltimore, MD.
Kathy was a graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School with the Class of 1985. She was employed as a medical receptionist at WellSpan Endocrinology Chambersburg from 2012 until her illness. Kathy was a “Jeep Girl” who loved her friends and animals of all kinds. You never had to wonder where you stood with Kathy as her spitfire personality made sure of it.
She is survived by her daughter, McKaren E. “Lizzy” Reeder of Chambersburg and numerous close friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 30, 2023 in the Chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202 with Mr. Jay Wetzel officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Saturday morning in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mercy House of Chambersburg, 730 Norland Ave., Chambersburg, PA 17201.
