Kathleen “Kathy” (Moul) Cullen, age 61, of Appleton, WI, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, November 16, 2015. Kathy was born on March 14, 1954, in Chambersburg, to Doreen (Lesher) Moul and the late Walter W. Moul. She married John Cullen on May 19, 1979, in Chambersburg.



Kathy was a loving wife, mother, and caring daughter. She graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in geography, and worked as a travel agent in the area for over thirty years. Her love for travel took her to all fifty states, 6 continents, and more than 60 countries. She was always exploring emerging and upcoming travel destinations. She enjoyed gardening, baking, and was an avid reader. Kathy was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church, Chambersburg, Martha Custis Chapter 342, Order of the Eastern Star, Chambersburg, and a member of the AAUW, Appleton, WI.



Survivors include her husband of 36 years, John; her son, Steven; her daughter, Hayley; and her mother, Doreen Moul. Kathy was preceded in death by her son, David Cullen.



Funeral services to honor Kathy’s life will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2015, in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA. Rev. Paul B. Baker will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family requests the omission of flowers, and if desired memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter, 5051 Letterkenny Rd. West, Chambersburg, PA 17201 or to the Charity of One’s Choice.
