Kathy Beck

Kathy Marie Beck, age 65, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 5, 2018, at her home. Born December 13, 1952, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Brown. Mrs. Beck worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the South Mountain Restoration Center for 25 years, retiring in 1994. She enjoyed crocheting, watching NASCAR, camping, and fishing.

She is survived by her husband, Paul William Beck I, whom she married September 16, 1977; three children, Shannon Thomas Brown, Tracy Lyn Gabler (Charles McClure), and Paul William Beck II (wife Heather); nine grandchildren, Brandon and Rebecca Gabler, Kyler, Leah, Savannah, Zoey, and Mariah Beck; and Tara and Josh Brown; one great-granddaughter, Addyson Gabler; and three siblings. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jayden Ryder Beck and five siblings.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, January 12, 2018, in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA. Mr. Jeffrey Nicklas will officiate. Interment will follow at Parklawns Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 9:00-10:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.
