Kathy Jo Fultz

Kathy Jo Fultz, 65, of Fayetteville, PA, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Chambersburg Hospital. Born February 10, 1960 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth and Alice Kauffman Garber.

Kathy was a 1979 graduate of CASHS. At a young age she was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and served in promotions for Easterseals. She was employed with Occupational Services Inc. for several years and most recently was employed at the Department of Motor Vehicles as a photo technician. Kathy loved all things country and absolutely adored her grandchildren She enjoyed watching western movies, listening to country music, rodeos, bull riding, and living the farm life on the family farm on Etter Road in Chambersburg. Her favorite cows were Hereford and her favorite breed of horse was the Palomino.

She is survived by two daughters, Tammy Rosenberry of Elizabethtown, and Kelly Fortney (Matthew) of Aspers; five grandchildren, Dominik Adams, Legacy Fortney, Emerald Fortney, Isabella Rosenberry, and Alora Rosenberry; three siblings, Robert Martin of Orange Park, FL, Winifred Shamblin of Orange Park, FL, and Lorraine Gladfelter of Chambersburg. Aside from her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Fultz; one grandson, Leviathan Dean Rosenberry; and three sisters, Lucille Klinedinst, Nancy Peters, and Vivian Hoover.
