Kenneth R. High, 72, of Chambersburg, passed away on March 1, 2016 in Falling Spring Nursing and Rehab Center. Born on August 29, 1943 in Chambersburg, he was a son of the late Glen R. High and Geraldine F. Reed High. He had worked years ago as a self-employed painter. Surviving are 5 children and other extended family. Graveside service: 2 PM Wednesday, March 9, in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home.
