Kevin Lynch

Kevin Eugene Lynch, age 48, of Winchester, VA and formerly of Chambersburg, passed away quietly in his home on Tuesday, May 29, 2012, due to natural causes. Born on April 16, 1964 in Chambersburg, he was a son of Charles W. “Bill” and Florence “Louise” Smith Lynch, of Chambersburg. Kevin was raised in the Catholic faith and he graduated from Chambersburg Area Senior High School, class of 1982. He was most recently working for Berryville Graphics in Berryville, VA. An avid sports fan, his favorite teams included the Philadelphia Flyers and the Miami Dolphins. He also enjoyed spending time with friends, going to Mardi Gras celebrations and music concerts. Aside from his parents he is survived by one sister, Tressy Sue Nozzi of Chambersburg, and two brothers, Charles Jr. “Bill” of Greencastle and Anthony “Tony” of Chambersburg. He will also be greatly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, with Rev. Fr. Keith Carroll officiating on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in Parklawns Memorial Gardens. There will be no viewing; however the family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
